The time displayed on your tracker should match the time on the phone or computer you use to sync your tracker.

  • If you have a Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Charge HR:
  • Blaze—If you shut down your tracker or the battery drains completely, the time will be wrong until you sync. Below please find step-by-step instructions:
  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  • Tap your tracker tile.
  • Tap Sync Now.
  • Charge HR—Make sure your tracker is updated. The firmware version installed on your tracker should be 18.122. For instructions on where to find the version number, please refer to the Fitbit Help Center.
