Time stamp and time zone

Every time a new row is inserted in a Google spreadsheet by a such actuator, a column with a time stamp is created automatically. But how is the actual value of the time stamp calculated? I have set my time zone to UTC in order to get a uniform time, but the values inserted still seems to be CEST/CEDT (UTC + 1/+2 h). Why is that? Isn't the time stamp function sensitive to the time zone settings?

Hi @bjehnberg, thanks for the note. As far as I know, this bug has been reported and is in the pipeline. Currently, CET (UTC+1) should apply.

For the time being it's UTC+2 h (central european daylight savings time) I test executed a Google spreadsheet actuator, and the timestamp for the row inserted was UTC + 2 h.
