Hi, we tried to add our Tuya devices in a project but our country code 599 9 does not appear on your list. Is there a support contact info where we can report this.
Hi @SteveB_Cano, which country are you in? You can only connect TUYA accounts that were originally created in the EU. This restriction was applied by TUYA.
Hi @SteveB_Cano, the above mentioned limitation does no longer apply! Accounts created in the U.S. and China should now work with Conrad Connect.

Hi @SteveB_Cano, sounds interesting! Please try to authenticate Tuya with an email address (rather than a mobile phone number). If your original Tuya account is not yet associated with an email ID, simply add one in your tuya app or account. Please let me know if that works, then we move on. Please remember that you need to refresh the connection between CC and Tuya each time you add new hardware.
I remember that I stumbled upon this as well, but it was possible to neglect the country code field. If that doesn't work we should talk to Tuya.
